I have studied Political Science, Sociology and English at the University of Hannover in Germany. I have earned a doctorate in Political Science at the University of Bremen. I was lucky to be able to spend quite some time abroad, with extended stays in the United States, Iceland and Latvia. After finishing my doctorate, I wanted to engage with science and university in a different manner. My work at the Participatory Science Academy enables me to work for topics that I have always found intellectually engaging as well as politically important: participation, citizenship and a society that values cooperation and appreciation for all its members.
